Anniversary · Brooklyn
The one night a year you don't check your watch.
Anniversaries aren't a regular date night with extra wine. They're the dinner that actually goes long, the walk after, the second drink. The sitter has to plan for that. We do.
Built for the longer night
Standard date-night blocks are 4 to 5 hours. Anniversary blocks usually run 6 to 8 — dinner that doesn't feel rushed, an after-dinner walk somewhere, the slow ride home.
We block the full evening with a buffer on the back end so you're not the table that's checking the time at 10:15. Come back when you come back.
Two anniversary shapes we cover
In Brooklyn
Long dinner, drink after, home around midnight. Standard bedtime through quiet handoff.
Hotel night out
You're staying out — Manhattan or Brooklyn hotel. Kids stay home, in their own beds, in their own routine. See overnight care.
Lead time
Lock the sitter the same week you make the reservation. Anniversary dates that fall on Saturdays — especially May, June, September — fill up like NYE: weeks in advance. Weeknight anniversaries are easier to grab.
If your date's flexible by a day, ask. Friday usually opens up faster than Saturday.
