Babysitting Service Policies

Transparency matters to us. Here's everything you need to know before booking so there are no surprises.

1Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand emergencies happen and will always try to be flexible.

2Late Pickup / Extended Hours

Being a little late is totally fine — life happens! However, if you're running more than 1 hour past the booked end time, additional charges will apply at our standard hourly rate.

3Payment

Payment is due at the end of each babysitting session. We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle. For recurring bookings, we can arrange weekly or monthly payment schedules.

4Travel Surcharge

We're based in Bergen Beach, and a small travel surcharge applies for farther neighborhoods. Sheepshead Bay, Flatbush & Midwood: +$5. Gravesend & Bensonhurst: +$10. Borough Park & Sea Gate: +$15. Bergen Beach, Mill Basin & Marine Park have no surcharge.

5Sick Children

For the health and safety of everyone, please let us know if your child is feeling unwell before the session. We're happy to reschedule at no charge if your child is sick.

6Safety & Emergency

Your child's safety is our top priority. Please provide us with emergency contacts, any allergies or medical conditions, and your pediatrician's information before the first session.
