Theater nights · Brooklyn
Show. Then dinner. Then the train.
Theater nights are the longest standard-shape evening of the year. Pre-show drink, curtain at 7, intermission, second act, late dinner because the rushed pre-theater meal isn't worth it, train back to Brooklyn. Easily 7 hours. Sitter has to plan for it.
The two-meal-or-one-meal call
Pre-theater dinner is rushed. Most parents who book us do the opposite — drink before the show, real dinner after. That's an 11 PM seating, midnight finish, 1 AM home. We hold the sitter through that without any "late fee."
For shorter, dinner-only theater nights — see standard evening bookings.
